Jaipur Queer Women (JQW) is a grassroots collective founded by Nandita in July 2023 for queer-identifying women in Jaipur. It is a community-led safe space and support group for queer women and sapphic, gender non-conforming individuals - bringing people together through meaningful interactions, open discussions, resource-sharing, and community meet-ups, creating opportunities to learn, grow, and build alongside one another.

✦ 2026 — Careers Confidence & Queer Futures
Capacity building has always been central to our work. This year, we are focusing on financial empowerment and career growth - because queer and LBT+ young adults often navigate workplaces, money, and career systems without adequate support or representation. Through peer learning and expert-led sessions, we are building tools for long-term stability and confidence.
